Reiki changed my life and it can change yours too. Whether you want to heal yourself, support loved ones, or step fully onto the path of a Reiki practitioner, I offer comprehensive Reiki training from beginner to Master/Teacher level. These courses are not just about techniques; they’re about deep inner transformation, reconnecting with your true self, and learning to hold healing energy for yourself and others.
Reiki Level 1
This is where your Reiki journey begins. In this two-day training, you’ll awaken your ability to channel Reiki energy and begin practicing both self-healing and giving treatments to others.
During Reiki Level 1, you’ll learn:
- What Reiki is and its history
- Reiki principles and ethics for everyday life
- Hand positions for self-healing and treating others
- Guided healing sessions with fellow students
You’ll also receive:
- An illustrated Reiki Level 1 manual
- First Degree Reiki Certificate
- Ongoing support and guidance
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to practice Reiki on yourself and others with confidence.
Reiki Level 2
Level 2 deepens your practice and opens the door to practitioner-level healing. You’ll receive attunement and learn three sacred Reiki symbols to strengthen mental and emotional healing and send distant Reiki. This is the stage where Reiki moves beyond self-healing to support others on a mental, emotional, and energetic level.
During Reiki Level 2, you’ll learn:
- Using the three Reiki symbols for focused healing
- Techniques for mental, emotional, and distance healing
- How to enhance your energy sensitivity and intuition
- Practical exercises in sending Reiki both in-person and across distance

- Second Degree Reiki Certificate
- Continued mentorship and support
Reiki Level 3
Level 3 is the bridge between practitioner and master. In this two-day training, you’ll deepen your connection to Reiki, explore advanced techniques, and expand your healing practice, supporting both personal empowerment and spiritual growth.
During Reiki Level 3, you’ll learn:
- The Master symbol and advanced Reiki techniques
- Strengthening intuition and subtle energy awareness
- Tools for emotional and spiritual transformation

- Reiki Level 3 manual
- Third Degree Reiki Certificate
- Ongoing guidance and mentorship as your practice evolves
Reiki Levels 4 & 5: Master & Teacher Training
This stage is for those called to teach and guide others. You’ll receive Master attunements, learn advanced spiritual practices, and discover how to attune and mentor new students while embodying Reiki fully.
During Reiki Levels 4 & 5, you’ll learn:
- Advanced techniques and spiritual practices
- Master symbol application
- How to hold sacred space and guide students
- Teaching, attunements, and mentorship skills
- Integrating Reiki as a way of life
